Orange Margarita was started for the women who grew up wrapping a saree at their grandmother's house and now wear one to a conference room in Chicago — pieces that hold both places at once.

Our story
We founded Orange Margarita in the belief that Indian ethnic wear didn't need to choose between tradition and modern life. So we went back to the source — weavers, block printers, tailors across India — and asked a different question: what if the drape came pre-set, the blouse came in real sizes, and the fabric survived a carry-on?
The result is a small, considered collection built for the Indian diaspora in the USA: sarees you can actually pack, kurta sets you can wear on a Tuesday, and Indo-Western pieces for the nights that don't fit neatly into either wardrobe.
What we hold ourselves to
Handloom first
Every saree starts on a loom, not a printer. We work directly with weaving clusters in Kanchipuram, Bhagalpur and Maheshwar.
Cut for real life
Pre-draped sarees, structured kurtas, hidden zips where you need them. Heritage fabric, engineered for a faster morning.
Small batch, always
We run limited quantities per style. When a print sells out, it doesn't come back the same way twice.
From India to the USA
Woven there. Worn here.
We work with a small circle of ateliers across India and finish every order from our studio in the USA, so sizing, alterations and returns never have to cross an ocean.
