One chart for kurta sets and Indo-Western — sarees are One Size and drape to fit.

How to measure
Use a soft tape measure over light clothing. Bust: fullest point. Waist: natural waistline, above the belly button. Hip: fullest point, about 8" below the waist.
Sarees
Every saree is One Size — 5.5 meters of fabric drapes to fit most body types. Blouse pieces come unstitched so you can tailor them locally, or choose a stitched blouse where noted.
