Shipping & Returns
Straightforward policies, no fine print to hunt for.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped from our USA studio within 1–2 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping cost & speed
Standard shipping (4–7 business days) is complimentary on US orders over $200. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $8. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $22.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping isn't available yet — join the newsletter and we'll let you know when it is.
Returns
Most pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, unworn and with tags attached. Blouse pieces cut to order, sale items and earrings are final sale.
How to start a return
Email orangemargarita11@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original piece and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get the right one before it sells out.
